Products & orders
All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or product information.
Prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is required at the time of purchase.
Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all US orders. Estimated delivery times are 3 to 7 business days after order processing. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside our control.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Returns & refunds
Due to the personal nature of hair and beauty products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives defective or damaged.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at chelsea@virtualworks.ai or text (877) 268-1158 and we will make it right.
Custom orders
Custom wig orders require a deposit, which is non-refundable once production has begun. Final payment is due upon completion. Custom orders cannot be canceled after production starts.
SMS service
By texting (877) 268-1158, you consent to receive text messages from Chelsea's Products. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for help.
Intellectual property
All content on this website, including images, text, logos, and product descriptions, is owned by Chelsea's Products and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
Limitation of liability
Chelsea's Products is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product or service in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Duval County, Florida.
