Products & orders
All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or product information.
Prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is required at the time of purchase.
Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all US orders. Estimated delivery times are 3 to 7 business days after order processing. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside our control.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Payments
Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. The merchant of record is Virtual Works LLC, which handles payment processing on behalf of Chelsea's Products, so that is the name you will see on your card statement and on your emailed receipt. Your order, your items and your support all come from Chelsea's Products.
Returns & refunds
Because hair and beauty products are personal items we cannot resell, we do not offer cash refunds. Unworn, unaltered items in their original packaging may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 7 days of delivery. Items that arrive damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered will be replaced at no cost when reported within 7 days.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at chelsea@chelseasproducts.com or chat with us and we will make it right.
Custom orders
Custom wig orders require a deposit, which is non-refundable once production has begun. Final payment is due upon completion. Custom orders cannot be canceled after production starts.
Text messaging (discontinued)
Our text messaging service was discontinued on August 26, 2026. We no longer send or receive text messages, and the number that served it is no longer in service. To reach us, use the chat on any page of this site or email chelsea@chelseasproducts.com.
Intellectual property
All content on this website, including images, text, logos, and product descriptions, is owned by Chelsea's Products and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
Limitation of liability
Chelsea's Products is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product or service in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Duval County, Florida.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
