Processing time
Most in-stock items ship within 1 to 2 business days. Custom wigs require 2 to 4 weeks for creation before shipment. You'll receive a tracking number by text or email as soon as your order ships.
Returns & exchanges
We want you to love your order. If something isn't right, contact Chelsea within 7 days of delivery:
- Unworn, unaltered items in original packaging are eligible for exchange or store credit
- Custom wigs are final sale (made specifically for you)
- Items damaged in transit, please photograph and contact us immediately
International orders
International customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes charged by their country. Chelsea's Products is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. Delivery estimates do not include customs hold time.
