Shipping policies
Processing time
Most in-stock items ship within 1 to 2 business days. Custom wigs have an estimated 2 to 4 week creation time before shipment. Confirm the timing for your piece with Chelsea before ordering if you need it for a particular date. Tracking is emailed when your order ships.
Returns & exchanges
If something isn't right, contact chelsea@chelseasproducts.com within 7 days of delivery:
- Unworn, unaltered items in original packaging are eligible for exchange or store credit
- Custom wigs are final sale (made specifically for you)
- If an item is damaged in transit, please photograph it and contact us immediately
Check the fit and product details before you buy, and ask Chelsea about anything unclear in the conditions above.
US shipping only
We accept orders for delivery to US addresses only. International delivery is not available.
Order tracking
Use the tracking link sent to the email address provided at checkout. For order-specific help, email Chelsea or request human follow-up. Website chat starts with an AI assistant, which cannot look up your order.

Planning to seek insurance reimbursement or use HSA or FSA funds? Confirm eligibility, supplier requirements, and paperwork with your plan before purchasing.
