Yes. All orders ship in plain, unbranded packaging, nothing on the outside indicates what's inside. Especially important for our medical clients.
Unworn, unaltered items in their original packaging can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 7 days of delivery. Because hair is a personal item we cannot resell, we do not offer cash refunds. If anything arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, chat with us within 7 days and we will replace it.
Products & wigs
We carry human hair lace fronts, premium synthetic wigs, short and long styles, curly, straight, and everything in between. We also offer fully custom wigs built to your specifications.
Human hair wigs look and feel the most natural, can be heat-styled, colored, and last years with proper care. Premium synthetics are more affordable, hold their style well, and need less maintenance, but typically can't be heat-styled.
Most wigs have adjustable straps that fit most head sizes. For custom orders, Chelsea takes detailed measurements. Chat with us and we'll walk you through it.
